Thank you for your interest in our programs.  We invite you to learn more about our programs on our website.  A Granted Petition is needed in order to register for classes that are not introductory courses.  The introductory courses are HAMG 1321, HAMG 1191, and TRVM 2301.

Technical Production for Events - Technical production is an important component of successful event design and execution. Students in this course will learn how to use lighting, video, sound and scenic elements to enhance event experience in a safe and cost effective manner to achieve maximum effect.

Business Professionalism - This course is an examination of proper etiquette and protocol within business settings. The course will focus on resume and cover letter writing, interview skills, common courtesies, proper greetings and introductions. How to connect when networking, and business card exchange etiquette, and appropriate attire based on the setting.
It is strongly suggested that students take this class within one or two semesters of graduation. This course is synchronous online. Class will connect virtually every Monday 4:00pm - 4:50pm (link to connect will be provided).  Instructor will provide the Course Schedule via Blackboard announcement prior to the first day of classes. This course focuses on the career development process, such as constructing a resume, job search and interview process, networking, personal branding; as well as proper etiquette and protocols within business settings. Internet Access is required. No textbook is required, all reading material will be provided within Blackboard Modules. Please contact the instructor with any questions.

HAMG 2389 Internship - Hospitality Administration/Management, General

This class will meet five times throughout the semester online via Zoom. Additionally, the student will need to complete 240 working hours in their internship. The five online meet up dates will be provided prior the first class .
